Converting quiicktime to Flash video

Hi, I just bought the latest version of Quicktime Pro and now want to convert my Quicktime movie to a Flash video file (the one with the ".flv" extension). However, when I go to File -> Export, I don't see the option for Flash video file. So how do I convert my .mov to a .flv file? Thanks, - Dave
